I use one of these to remove various gunk that gets stuck to our rental cars. Some kinds of bird poo are very tough to remove -- the birds eat fruit and it sticks to the car like cement. Dried bug splatter on a car that's driven to L.A. and back is also challenging and normally would require the use of a volatile solvent chemical remover, but plastic razor blades do it just as well and with no toxic chemicals.
